This business began with a simple belief: the right words, shared at the right moment, can stay with someone forever.

I love Christmas. I love everything about it. Lights, I love Christmas—everything about it. The decorations, the music, the sweaters I would never wear any other time of year, and the holiday movies that somehow make you believe anything is possible. During the holidays, we seem to rediscover faith in people, in love, in miracles… and sometimes in ourselves.

When Love Actually first came out, I didn’t care for it much. I’m not sure why. But over time it became one of those films I never miss during the season—sometimes I even watch it twice.

If you’ve seen it, you may remember the Prime Minister’s monologue about the final messages sent during the tragedy of 9/11. Those last calls and texts weren’t filled with anger or bitterness. They were filled with love.

Words have always had that kind of power for me.

I’ve always been drawn to the art of weaving words together so people feel heard, understood, accepted, and loved. It’s why I love writing wedding vows. It’s why I enjoy speaking on stage and writing manuscripts. I’m especially proud of my book, The Fault Line.

But I also wanted to create something more.

In my work in the insurance business, I’ve seen the quiet heartbreak that can happen when people never say what they wished someone had known.

So I created a business built around the experience of receiving a letter.

A letter that says what matters most.
A letter that arrives unexpectedly in the mailbox.
A letter that makes someone feel seen, valued, and remembered.

Because sometimes the most meaningful gift we can give another person—and ourselves—is simply the chance to say what’s in our hearts.

If there’s something you’ve been meaning to say… perhaps this is the moment to say it
